If you wish to send a Mapro product to our factory for assistance, we ask you to fill the form below with all the required information. The form is intended to give us information on how to manage the machine.

Your request will be taken over by our Service department in a short time, following the completion of the form an email will be sent as a confirmation, some attachments that we ask you to read and fill carefully, in addition will be sent the assistance ticket number to the which one you should refer to for any communication with Mapro International Spa.

 

MAPRO Quality System foresees that in order to start the reparation activity, the following procedure must be followed:

A) – permission for data processing

B) – supply of the information necessary for the safety of both people and environment at MAPRO workshops

C) – prior definition of the contractual terms for taking charge of the repair

D) – concract definition
